Flowers brighten the day,

THis Japenese iris I grew from seed.
The color is intense.
Every day something new blooms.
It is amazing that in March the ground is bare.
Then all this beauty pops out of the ground.
                       I haven't bought a new plant in 15 years.
Just divide every 3 to 4 years and
                       I am surrounded by beauty,

This is the humming bird spot.

I spent the week switching out 3 rooms.
4 huge bags of garbage went out.
Now I can resume creating art.
Sometimes  you just need to clean.
Have a great week-end.
I am off to the European Market in Chesterton.
Great produce and bakery.
Than an afternoon priming some canvas.

Accidentally deleted my followers.

Remember the bright lime tree below.
This week while I was having a yard sale
a lone doe stood by the tree all day.
She choose that tree and that day to have her fawn.
What a special gift to the meadow.
I have been unable to post all week.
Photographs would not upload.
Well in doing the fix I lost my followers.
If someone knows how to fix that let me know.
I am finally done with the yard and it looks great.
Now when the sun comes out I will take some photographs.
Now to the studio to finally create after 2 weeks out.

Frosty morning

The morning dawned frosty and cold. It reminded me of a foggy  & misty morning  in October on my way to Valparaiso crossing over the river I took some fall shots. That camera is always with me. Just like the memories of that  foggy morn on the Kankakee. I do love the water and its reflections.
