Just maybe the weather will be mild and you can go for a walk around the pond Saturday when you visit me for the art show. This is how it looks in the summer. What a peaceful place. Everyone wonders why we are trying to sell. Smaller house and larger studio. Its been a great 10 years here but the new nest will be just as cool. Too bad the market is so slow. Someone is missing out on buying paradise.
